Investment Help

Recommended Posts

I was hoping for HPC to happen for last 2 years.. but it seems its going to take some more time..

meanwhile I piled up some cash.. around £60K cash. (various ISA's, current account, savings etc..). I'm not a risk player, so want to keep for long term without much eroding.

Analysing various sources, I feel the imminent danger is the QE tapering and impact to other countries. Would like to get your opinion

- Is it good to buy a more solid currency now? like Swiss Franc.

- Should I invest into some ETF gold?

- Any other investment option help would be highly appreciated.

Really - why?

Gold and silver are looking cheap compared to almost anything else, however they do not yield anything but neither do savings accounts.

I think it is worth putting a % into gold and silver, but not so much as a punt on higher prices, just to keep a little out of the fiat money system!
