Rental Prices In Exeter

Recommended Posts

Hardly a scientific survey, but several houses (2 up, 2 downs) are coming up for rent in my central Exeter cul-de-sac, at prices about £50-75 less than in 2010 (about 10% down factoring in RPI). Not sure if this trend is recent, local, or anything to do with H2B. Anyway, this leaves me in the situation where I'm paying more rent than the current market rate. :(

Noticed a similar trend in Norwich. I have put it down to the fact that Christmas is a few weeks away and not many people want to move at this time of year. :)
