Refreshingly Forthcoming House Listing

The listing says 'Early viewing is highly recommended due to the property being realistically priced.'

Is this a tacit admission that much other property is not realistically priced? Is a lack of transactions finally forcing people's hands?

It's express estate agents which I think are like springbok one. ie: rushed sale before repo.

Hadn't heard about any association with repos, but it's a marketing line of express estate agents.

Haven't looked at this one, but when I have seen their listings, I've never thought they looked particularly good value compared to the market in general.

Everything they have on is "The Express Estate Agency is proud to offer this realistically priced opportunity – all interest and offers are invited".

Not all are actually a realistically priced opportunity
