I have passed this property many times, being in a popular walking area. Sold for £150k on 28/11/03 and now on the market for £495k. Not sure what the exact condition was in 2003 but it has always appeared habitable enough. Looks like it has been renovated to an immaculate standard, downsides as follows:

  • Bad place to get to during winter as it is some distance from the main road
  • Asking price is Ribble Valley not Darwen
  • No real privacy as it is next to the aforementioned heavily used walking path (with potential for Darwen scrote activity)
