Converted Lurker

In A Northern Town

Recommended Posts

Has anyone purchased a property from the Persimmon site at The Waterside Runcorn. I have just had a valuation on a property I purchased and it has decreased from the original purchase price/valuation by Persimmon of £105,000 to £85,000.

Anyone else had simular experiences

Waterside development in Runcorn :o I`m struggling to think of a worse place to attempt re-generation. I think this development has been ready for occupation for only 18 months.

Same developer in exeter..

£170,000 down to £130,000

and the article yesterday was suggesting that new build flats are dropping 10-20%

looks like if you spend 7 years frantically building as many two bed flats as you can.. when I hadn't noticed a particular shortage in the first place.. Looks like prices may drop..

horrible for those at the wrong end of that..
