Well they do need something to get the place out of the mire.

The most heavily indebted area was Hull, where 43.1% of the population admitted they were in trouble financially.

It has indeed transformed. To eat out and drink, it’s up there with Leeds imo. The pubs/bars are much less prissy, but sone admittingly are getting there.

For retail/shopping though, it’s still in the mire.
