Oecd Wellbeing Survey

Recommended Posts

I don't really know why I'm posting this, as it's obviously ridiculous and also very "last weekish" but this survey reported in the guardian puts the UK as one of the best places to live and work. The original sources are UK and Germany.

There are a couple of things about Germany that can tend to bring it down in "progressive" oriented comparisons, such as it has a lot of women who choose to stay at home to rasise their famillies, and fewer degrees awarded (but more skilled training) but how could the UK be higher than Germany for security and pesonal safety and environment. Just bizare

(The graphic probably exaggerates the differences, as it is really just ranking order, and the actual percentage differences are probably quite small)
