Wealthy property developer 'murdered pregnant wife in jealous rage over her past as a lapdancer'

[He's a super nice looking guy isn't he?....]

As I have asked before - what is it about so many "pwoperdy developers" that makes them [allegedly] crooks?? Is there a connection between "pwoperdy developers" and dishonesty per chance?

[e.g. - http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=194090&st=0&p=909413883&fromsearch=1entry909413883 ]

Answers on a postcard please....

A lot of chancers and crooks become property developers because there is no entry requirement for training, qualifications, passing an interview or actually being any good at it.

There is also (in times of HPI) the prospect of easy money and if it goes wrong then transfer some assets into the wife's name, take a quick bankruptcy, and look for the next opportunity whether it be a derelict property or a drug deal.

It might be worth remembering the certainty and glee with which many of us showed when Christopher Jefferies, Joanna Yeates' landlord, was the main suspect in her murder...

So he met her at a lapdancing club and was then perhaps upset that she was a lapdancer?

If he'd wanted a nun he should have tried the convent.

Yep. Not the right personality types.

The typical murderer landlord/property developer who has adequacy issues seems to be the textbook narcissist. Needs a flash car with vanity plate, flash suits, slick haircut and flash jewellry to make up for other shortcomings (usually being a bit dull and simple)

The Bristol guy seemed to have zero concern of whether other people thought he was a 'success' or not.

Im not saying that introverted non-narcissist types arent murderers. But its typically manifested in a rare gone-postal type scenario, like all the lonely white or asian kids who go on spree shootings in the US, usually killing people unknown personally to them.

The typical (far more common) narcissist killer (like say Raoul Moat) tends to kill people known to them. Girlfriends or wives or their children particularly.
