Sadly its a holiday home and park is only open a 8 months a year, but I actually think these would make decent proper homes.

(Also annual site fees for the lodge are £2166.67 + vat)

Only 12 years left on the lease. :(

We have been advised that the tenure is leasehold with a term of 42 years commencing March 1983

. The annual site fees for the lodge are £2166.67 + vat - fixed until March 2016. Utilities are provided by the park and invoiced to the lodge owner. The council tax band is A. There is also an annual maintenance charge, invoiced monthly.

I'd estimate at least five grand a year all in for a slightly better than most shit holiday homes. which you can use for 2/3rd's of the year.

Almost halved in price since first going on the market...! Really want out...

Really can't afford the 5 grand a year outgoings, probably.

On another point - imagine the holidays 5 grand a year would buy!
