I see this 1 Troy ounce in the window of a local antique shop/coin dealer I have heard of JM bullion before but not sure what the CKDA and I know the royal bank is the bank of Canada. Any ideas its a bit discoloured but would you cut it out of the plastic clean it and place it in a capsule holder ? I picked this up for about £21 which is good but when I got home and looked it says on the net that it's a limited edition and rare ? Any ideas have you seen one of these I have looked on eBay and they are going for about 140 dollars.

It's Silver bullion, worth whatever Silver is worth. No rarity value at all; it's unusual, but not rare in the sense of having a numismatic premium, the way that the 10 toz "Wall Street" bars might have - but probably don't at the moment. If you can sell it for the prices you say, I would suggest you do so and then buy standard coins with the proceeds. Sadly, even your price is over what you'd pay for a 1 toz Silver bar.
