British Gas Chief Plans Second Swimming Pool

Recommended Posts

One point that seems to have been omitted about UK's increasingly fragile and expensive energy supplies is how many job losses will it result in. Who on earth would locate an industry here with the energy situation? Priced out due to excessive land and energy cost. Not something the boss of BG is worrying about evidently. I hope he has good private security

The Mail even provides an aerial view of his sprawling mansion/complex. Even puts one of the Blair palaces to shame.

Have you seen how far he has to walk at present to take a swim? Do you realise how cold it must be in this country (other than the 2 weeks of year we get a bit of sunshine)?

Anyone in their right mind would want something closer and under cover. The old one can be used for ducks or filled with fish.

What else is there to spend money on in the present investment climate?

What goes around, comes around. ;)

That's a bit Zen of you!

Let's just go out for an enormous curry, and sh1t in his pools.

You know, if we don't do it, somebody else will.

I'm glad they confirmed the mansion is worth £5Mn

How much it will be worth after the second swimming pool is built?

Sammy 'Two Pools'

Sam was called on to form help economic policy....

David Cameron has unveiled his panel of leading industry bosses who he says will help to shape the Government's economic policy.

The 19 company chiefs include Paul Walsh of Diageo and Sir Martin Sorrell from WPP.

They will be joined by Justin King of Sainsbury's, Sam Laidlaw of Centrica, Sir Michael Rake of BT and Easyjet and Dick Olver of BAE Systems
