Who Noted Banking Crisis's Appear To Happen Roughly Every 60 Years?

Recommended Posts

I seem to recall reading that banking crisis's happen roughly every 60 years as that's the length of time it takes to replace those that remember the previous crash and to be replaced by newer workers.

I've tried googling who roughly said this but can't recall who it was. I'm wondering if it was Galbraith but can't find anything with a quick search so far.
