Although Yanks like to mock 'British teeth', I think a significant minority (or even majority) of Americans can't actually afford to see a dentist - and thus may have no dental record. One does wonder what would happen if there was a economic collapse. Most of the Republicans would be fine, since they have guns and live in more rural states.
