Help To Let

Recommended Posts

What the UK needs is Help To Let. Landlords are given the 25% deposit on a low interest loan for new builds and the rents are guaranteed by a government insurance scheme.

It would be an instant success creating thousands of new construction jobs and every new builds selling like hot cakes, as new landlords queue up to buy new builds with 0% down.

What could go wrong? You know this is where things are going - you heard it here first.

I'm off out to open a pickaxe and shovel store.
