The Pricks At Rics

Recommended Posts

Just read another spun wash article from the spin masters at RICS (sponsored by Zanussi and Persil automatic):

Quote from article:

"Completed sales are up, but they are down 5% YoY.

Enquires are up, yet stock is down 4% and prices falling.

26% of surveyors saw prices falling in London 60% called it static, yet RICS report London prices as up."

RICS data has shown surveyors have been reporting overall house price falls yet the headlines seem to be curiously optimistic. SPIN!!
