Help Required Avg House Price Index

Recommended Posts

Right want to create a simple spreadsheet that will be the following

Row 1 House price long term avg YOY trend Index

Row 2 Actual house price YOY increase/decrease Index

Cols years 1980- 2010

Basically want to simply put a house price in and rebase it to the long term trend to see how much it could potentially fall or should theoretically cost

If anyone had breakdown figures for region and property type too i.e. flat South East etc that would be handy

Be nice to also have what the correlation figures for long term trend are e.g.avg earnings so maybe I could play with those and factor in a slowdown in wage inflation over the next few years

If someone has the above already done, I like to do my bit for the environment and recycle, plus save time so email it to me or soemthing!

Thanks very much
