Newquay ones aren't going to be much good for a BTL as most young people who they would let to only have seasonal work 6 months per year so they would be looking to cover with benefits 5/6 months per year. The place is flooded with holiday lets and hotels so I wouldn't bother trying that wither.

The Walmer ones would have been a sound investment if Phizer hadn't closed and took thoudands of jobs with it - again you would be letting to benefit claimants.
