Win This Penthouse

Recommended Posts

Spot the Ball competition for a flat right next to Norwich City Football Club.

If the minimum required number of entries are sold, the winner of the competition will win the Penthouse outright and mortgage frees. The winner also gets the Penthouse fully furnished along with an underground parking space. Fosters solicitors will legally hand over ownership to the winner.

Torygraph news report

Torygraph reckons it's worth £160k. The studio flats in this block struggle to reach £100k. ;)

Won't sell enough tickets. They will cream off a third of the sales in expenses and do a cash prize. Like always.

And thereit is....clause 6.7. A p1sstaker's charter. They know they won't sell all the tickets so they trying to make even more than that. As a solicitor, I would be embarrassed to be associated with this.

Can you actually see the pitch? if so how much of it.

Sadly not - just the brickwork of one of the stands and perhaps "Delia's" at the bottom.

Oh it's a flat :( I thought it was a cheap gentleman's magazine :)

Sorry to disappoint! ;)

It's all in the Telegraph link. If he doesn't sell enough tickets he'll offer a £20K prize. Plenty of tasty margin left there!

We've seen a few of these rafflers before..
