A House Fit For Cherubs

I'd be afraid of going to view that cottage just in case I knocked one of those over & broken it.

If it was decluttered then it might look so small on the inside.

I'd be afraid in case I was murdered in some kind of ******ed up ritual!

Looks like a lovely house, I think, from what I can see if it. Price is an absulote punch in the ******** though.

Great house if with appropriate decor!

I think it would seem slightly overpriced at half. What do I know though? ;)

Overpriced....any buyer should be thankful the ornaments don't come with it.... maybe they need the extra high price to enable them to buy a bigger house giving them room enough to share with their expanding family of angels. ;)

I don't usually feel much sympathy for EAs, but could you imagine attempting a viewing in that tat cluttered s***hole....

If I were buying I would love places like that. So many buyers are easily put off - they can't see beyond mess, clutter and eccentric taste.

The floral bathroom suite makes a change from the usual boring old avocado!

And I don't think I'd feel sorry for any EA - quite a few I bet would be hoping none of the usual punters go for it, because they've got some mate/relative of a developer hoping to pick it up cheaply.

Good title for a new thread. ;)
