Property-Bee

Recommended Posts

I've just received an email from nethouseprices informing me that they are now fully managing Property-bee.

I wonder what their plans are with development? I hope it continues as it's a really useful piece of kit (thanks to beerhunter)

Any else had this?

Yeah just had the same email myself. Propertybee is a really useful tool, hope it is still kept, however, the wording of the email I received may indicate it moving towards a subscription basis?

Dear Propertybee user

We at Nethouseprices are proud to announce that we are now fully managing the property-bee website.

www.nethouseprices.com was one of the first websites set up in 2004 that specialised in providing sold property prices recorded in England and Wales, by the Land Registry since 1999 and has since evolved to become a favourite destination for property professionals and the consumer alike. Nethouseprices is privately run by a team of property professionals who are qualified chartered surveyors and property developers with over 50 years experience in the property industry between them.

As you will appreciate the costs of running the property-bee website runs into the thousands each year to pay for our servers, administrative and technical support. Previously donations were taken, however, this still is not a viable long term solution and the site was running at a loss. As a result of this the only way we can continue to run this service for free is to send occasional third party offers to you via the emails we collect. We would like to draw your attention to our terms and privacy policy. If this is not of interest to you, please click here to unsubscribe.

We thankyou for all your support and we hope to continue to deliver a great service to you.

Kind regards,

The Nethouseprices Team

Reading is obviously not your strong point.

Have to say it was only on re-reading it that I now understand it

- clearly they intend to sell everyone's details as far and wide as they can

I am Ok with that having used a throw away email address to register, I just hope they fix it so it works as well as it used too

I have over 300 watched properties, some are now on there third estate agent, and every time they do this ALL previous info disappears
