The pensions industry took a similar line in the 1990s as B2L got underway. That industry always trails the market.

Buying abroad is a fantastic opportunity and not one to be missed. Those relying on pensions 'experts' to provide for them in retirment are optimistic in the extreme.

I could not agree more.

None of my SIPP clients are even considering residential property (either UK or abroad) as an investment option.

Some are thinking about buying their business premises via a SIPP, but that's about it property-wise.
