Apologies if already posted (from 25th). Very low registrations (67,422 for 80% market). Also the builders have responded to the price signals with building concentrated in the South including London. Reading a few builders financials they are aggressively landbanking sites in the south. Ok so there are large populations there but other large regions look to have shut down house production.

The biggest VI in the market, have no interest in falling prices Up North..

Help to buy becomes more like Help themselves.

The NHBC download is here.When you look at the numbers for those regions outside of commuting distance to London,they aren't in numbers proportional to their population eg The North West had a population of 7,052,000 in 2011 and is the third most populated region after Greater London and the South East.,'
