National Housing Federation's Prediction

Recommended Posts

The % spent on rent can increase until there are riots, none yet so just keep increasing the % and moan about those kids spending all their money on iPads and mobile phones. One MP has 26 properties apparently and I guess many other MPs and their families are in a similar position so why would they want property prices to become more affordable for the masses?

On yes, just look at the Torygraph comments to back that up. They had it really hard buying a house on 1.7x single income. Their parents were chastising them over colour televisions, cars and foreign holidays :o
