campervanman
Of course it could instead be spent on buying up UK companies, infrastructure, etc, etc, turning us into a colony-state working for the benefit of the citizens of other nations. The UK could become a vital link between the third world and Eupoe/US/BRICS as it imports it's old empire and recycles the proceeds for use by the others. A sort of permanent feeder club for the big teams.
crashmonitor
Lets be honest, when they say 'skilled migrants' they mean burger flippers and kebab spinners up. If they actually stringently restricted it to doctors and the like, people might buy it. New Zealand doesn't want him, but Britain is short of burger flippers and the NHS may also come into play,,,, http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2380021/Albert-Buitenhuis-New-Zealand-kicks-obese-man-country-290lbs-heavy.html
