Apparently I look at Rightmove so much, they've blocked my access due to suspicious activity from my IP address. Apparently Rightmove think I am engaged in "automatic data gathering (or web scraping)". I can only look at the house adverts there now by using an anonymising network... Stupid really... I wonder how many times you're allowed to look at Rightmove in a day before the computer decides you're a "bot"?

Turn off your broadband router for a while until the IP address resets?

Not sure how property-bee cope, perhaps use a wide range of proxies.

Email them and ask :) I'm sure they'll be interested to know they're blocking legitimate users!

The proxies being the property-bee users.

How much time do you spend? Multiple postcodes?

RSS is your friend for rightmove. Or maybe you're already doing that?
