The £125k one is non standard construction (cash buyers) although the 260k seems very steep, maybe typo and should be £160k? it has been renovated to be mortgageable from non standard i'd say. Even said it in the ad for the £260k one last year when it was up and sold for £125k I couldn't see that mentioned in the new 260k ad. A building can be changed from non standard to standard construction with some major building work (I think) so i'm wondering if this has happened here, however i'd say 260k is way over.
