Well, at least their new-build £4.5M home will be tightly sandwiched between two stunning properties of true architectural merit. Assuming someone knocks both of them down as well and rebuilds, of course.

Look our money has been revalued. For 90% of us £3.5m sounds like a lot of money. But for the rich around the world, £3.5m is like a days interest on their current account.
