Balham

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm new to the forum, although have been lurking for a while.

Been holding off buying for a few years but trying to figure out what is going on in Balham as its an area I live in now and hope to buy. This one caught my eye. Can that 1-bed really go for close to 425k?

There's a;ready a thread relating to balham.

Here's the link:

MODS: Can you merge this with the real thread ?

My wife sold her flat round that way 2 years ago at peak 2007 prices. She was,. quite frankly, glad she found some mug to take it off her hands.

Since then, asking prices have shot up...sold prices have not.

1 bed flat for £425K, you should go to a self harming clinic.

I thought so too, but then I realised there were twigs in vases in at least four of those photos so £425k is actually pretty tempting.
