Pensioners Incomes Rising Fastest

Recommended Posts

It doesn't take into account the comfortable position the majority of over 60s are in either. Wealth is the ace card, not income. In GDP they include imputed rent on owner occupied property. This would massively boost the income comparison still further. At the end of the day being old is often a very financially secure place to be, and being young has become increasingly precarious; but the benefits system hasn't adapted to recognise this fact.
