I wonder what the 13,000 people that worked there in 2010 were needed for if they can operate with 7,000? :rolleyes:

If departments have been outsourced, it's likely that they can reduce other support functions as a result.

I do wonder too if a department is outsourced they count that as a job cut (even though the job is still being paid for via a contract with a 3rd party).

Yeah and the productivity figures are likely low so lots of spare capacity. Edited by Ash4781
