Btl And Life Insurance

Recommended Posts

Next door to my parents has been bought by a landlord, he must be in his 80s. He says he has already a number of rental properties anyway. If he pops his clogs tommorrow his insurance will pay and his children will get free money minus IHT and control of the assets.
