Stunned Pm Holds Crisis Talks Over Secret Love Affair

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2334483/No-10-rocked-secret-love-affair-Stunned-PM-holds-crisis-talks-fears-tryst-blow-political-agenda-water.html

David Cameron has held crisis talks at Downing Street after being told of allegations of a sensational love affair which has potentially significant political implications for him.

For legal reasons, The Mail on Sunday cannot disclose the identities of the people involved or any details of the relationship – even its duration – other than that they are middle-aged figures. The affair has now concluded.

But this newspaper can report that when aides told Mr Cameron the identities of the alleged lovers he was ‘stunned’, and, according to sources, ‘immediately realised the importance of the story’.

The Prime Minister and his aides also discussed the possible fallout should details of the affair become public – and how such disclosure could ‘blow out of the water’ any major political set pieces planned by No 10.

One senior source told this newspaper last night: ‘This revelation is dynamite. None of us could believe it when we first heard it. Then we just thought, “What a complete mess”.’

The source added that, apart from the political implications, the revelation had caused ‘great personal distress to innocent parties’.

It is understood that the Prime Minister was told of the relationship within the past few weeks.

Sleeping with the enemy?

There is no suggestion that this flat or any other currently on the market was used for their trysts.

Politics has an air of the last days of the Roman Empire about it.

Out of touch, out of control, thrashing about, aimless yet vindictive. Short on intelligence. Bereft of ideas. Despised as they despise the people.

A vacuum to be filled.

This sort of story crops up with the tedious inevitability of an unloved season:

A bit of juicy gossip that bumps the circulation of gutter-press that the PTB will try to hush up for a few weeks before it eventually gets out probably through Twitter and the people involved are embarrassed and and resign or else they get the sack. Fast forward a few years and the people involved are just another John Major and Edwina Curry.

On the same day that several members of the House of Lords are (apparently) accused of brown enveloping in return for questions and influencing debates.

Return of cash for questions as if it ever went away.

So far it's not yet clear which scandal is diverting attention from which or even if some other more scandalous scandal than those two scandals is about to emerge under their cover.

I won't sleep tonight. I can only cope with two scandals at a time..

Yes, they are seriously losing their grip, it is obvious they are trying to confuse us through the media and the Idiot Lantern. I am seriously considering only watching BGT and not Emmerfail.
