So true, too . Ive lost count of the number of allsop/beeny shows in London where some yuppy couple get palpitations because 'the park is nearby' or something (and the local park happens to be a needle infested wasteland little bigger than a garden out in the provinces)

A park where you breath in fumes that don't make you feel very healthy......a park you walk with many others listening to the sound of loud background traffic noise.....not saying many don't mind but it is a high price to pay. ;)

You're forgetting that house prices always go up , that's why they buy them

That is why it is so important that people continue think they will always be going up......can't have them stop buying. :o
