Unbridled Greed Of Huth

Recommended Posts

Lucy:Is it to add to your portfolio?

Answer:No we just want to sell it quickly and make some money

Lucy:aah, you're going to flip it.

Am I abnormal. I am not comfortable with amateur LLs exploiting their brethren via a single BTL property. Yet portfolios are now seen as the norm. People with ONLY ONE property are the new renter scum.

the other phrase I find abhorrent - ( not necessarily HUTH but property related) is ' we will put tenants in' as if the said tenants are some kind of commodity you are filling your unsellable house with. It will be their home, they will pay you rent - and you get the fun of kicking them out when you decide to sell. A plague on the houses of all BTLetters, accidental landlords or not

Agreed. Usually the types who keep the rickety old kitchen units and outdated bathroom suite and tiles, thinking that tenants will put any old s**t.

Time for the BBC to can HUTH and replace it with something more worthwhile. HUTH is like a disease: New owner - "Well, I have been inspired by watching your show so I thought I would give it go" .
