Don Mueang International Airport To Suvarnabhumi Transfer Time

Recommended Posts

Am arriving at DMK at 21:30 on a Friday with the onward flight being at 01:35 at BKK. I understand that getting the taxi is the best way - is 4 hours sufficient? Should I get a taxi to Mo Chit and use the BTS (i am travelling light so suitcases are not an issue). I am a little concerned as last time I was in BKK in early 2012, they were advising 3 hours to check in and clear security. I cannot remember how long I took, but queues were long. Can anyone give an update on (i) getting across Bangkok and (ii) if the situation at Suvarnabhumi has improved?
