Reduced Solicitor Fees Incentive

Recommended Posts

These flats in a newly refurbished block are being sold with the benefit of 'reduced solicitor fees' .

Nice way of disguising the inflated asking prices of these flats, to be sold on 99 year leases. dry.gif This one is on for £115k but the smallest studio flats are on for £88k. On average I guess about a third more expensive than they really ought to be.

A 'highly requested location' according to the blurb but after 6 months not all of the units have sold.
