House Not Selling

Recommended Posts

A house near us, on the market for over 2 years has been SSTC twice at £151,950. It is now For Sale again at £155,000. An identical house next door sold in January 2012 for 123,950 after about 4 weeks on the market. I suppose we can take some consolation that the EA only thinks prices have gone up by about 2% in 2 years.
