Negative Equity Warning

Recommended Posts

Why asset-rich over-60s walk on the wild side

Research from Key Retirement Solutions (KRS), an independent financial adviser, highlights two main worries among consumers considering equity release. One is that they could fall into negative equity and lose their homes; the other concerns the complexity of the products themselves.
