Fantastic dining area. Wonderful for having friends round for a big meal!

Meanwhile, 45mins NE by train you can get a flat with a 27ft long lounge diner for £80k (these appeared to be selling for £200-270k back in 2003/4)

That £80k appears to be an auction guide price, maybe pitched intentionally low to generate interest.

This is the room as advertised: sitting room with dining area!

Looks to have a high ceiling. I'd have shelving up there, round the walls, much more functional.

I don't understand why people remove stuff from housing when trying to sell it. Especially functional space such as wardrobes, bookshelves, shelves etc.
