additional 50k in unpaid ground charges (see addendum). Probably a brown envelope...screams fraud isn't it.

And probably a huge repair bill. Look at the picture, plenty of water traces, roof may require replacing, you can see the ceiling of the balconies is in need of bit of DIY. I dare not see what is inside taking into account the unpaid ground charges.

It's a shame. Dorchester Court are nice looking flats but are grade II listed, require repairs and often have short leases and disputes about service charges.

£2000 is incredibly cheap though but I guess if they have low paying secure tenancies and huge service charges there's not much profit to be made.
