Kind of obvious.

Note the article states the French prefer a banking union. But that will be part of the final package anyway, so the Telegraph is not pointing out a real opposition.

No mention of the German referendum. The southern Europe problem has been kept under control, so if Merkel can keep things that way there's still room to get the campaign in place. If the referendum succeeds ... I dunno.

UK out out out? Very tricky.

Despite the democratic deficit, if I were Greek I'd regard being threatened with good governance as quite an attractive prospect.

They stripped the country of all wealth to pay Goldman Sachs interest charges already?
