Financial Times Says Prices Still Going Down

Recommended Posts

http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/051111/94/fwmia.html

"House prices nudged up by 0.1 per cent in October, much less than the 0.9 per cent monthly rise recorded a year earlier.

Slower monthly price growth this October pushed the annual rate of house price inflation down from 3.3 per cent in September to 2.5 per cent."

Quite different from the RICS and Halifax report that says the market is booming again.
