The properties are managed by my friend's brother and his wife who have an estate agency and property management business. Recently thinking about buying another property in Newcastle, they have been advised against this. Prices are falling fast. The brother's estate agency are currently trying to sell 3 houses at £100K each for someone who bought them 18 months ago for £125K each. Can't shift them, nobody's interested.
