Very Bearish News From Boston

WBUR, our local NPR station had a very bearish report on Boston house prices. Average falls of 5% in three months were mentioned. Places on the market for months. People selling places for less than they had bought them in 2003. US hotspots are turning rather cold, it looks like....

US hotspots are turning rather cold, it looks like....

I've seen more bearish stories out of Boston than anywhere else so far. Here's an excellent site for tracking changes in inventory and prices in some major American cities.

who cares about the bearish news. im drunk again. and its only wed. well thurs. i was drunk yesterday also.
