Stagnation, Stagnation?

Stagnation, stagnation?

She isn't having it. "No, no. We will need 10,000 surveyors for this new system and we simply haven't got them. They can't even train enough of them in time. So you will have to wait for ever for a surveyor and in that time you won't be able to show a single person around your house. The shortage of surveyors will stagnate what is an already stagnant market. We have fewer transactions going through now than we did in 1974, and that is very, very scary." Actually the estimate is that 7,000 home inspectors will be needed, but she makes a good point.

Someone told me long ago There's a calm before the storm,

I know; It's been comin' for some time.

When it's over, so they say, It'll rain a sunny day,

I know; Shinin' down like water.

I want to know, Have you ever seen the rain

Comin' down on a sunny day?

Yesterday, and days before, Sun is cold and rain is hard,

I know; Been that way for all my time.

'Til forever, on it goes Through the circle, fast and slow,

I know; It can't stop, I wonder.
