Do Not Panic.

Recommended Posts

Stop wanting a crash..

Stop worrying when you see it now happening.

It will happen.

good times do not last forever no matter what people say.

If we can't afford then not enough can.

This is not a site for only the low paid.. its a site for all

and if the market doesent need us to buy its homes... good luck in finding others.

and I don't mean those on this site.. I mean all of us.

I know one couple buying at the moment.. one..

Out of the dozens and dozens of my age group I know who do not own... and who want to..

I know one couple buying.

And those I know, from the low paid to the high paid.. enginears to solicitors..

You can sell houses for what you want.. but if you want to sell to those who can't afford your prices..

drop your prices..

If you can do without us.. and if you can manage your debt.

Good luck..

Until then... :)

have fun..

oh yes, 7 years ago.. IR's dropped and house prices rose.

A year ago IR's started to rise and house prices stagnated and then started to drop.

A few months ago in august house prices began to rise, as IR's dropped and we were told that they would continue to drop.

So that would be a correlation then...

so, what will happen if IR's were to rise...?

Luckily that will never happen.. phew...

you see... I am not looking for the signs of a crash in any place but the cost of borrowing.

Those who have not bought yet are not prepared to borrow a large amount over 25 years in a time of low IR's..

Enoough people out there are prepared to and god help them....

well IR's go up..

and regardless of how much people can borrow.. they can only pay back so much.. and if their little mortgage will cost a few hundred more.. then they won't buy.

Will they...?

Do you think they will?

I don't...
