Land Registry Hpi Index - Your Prediction

Recommended Posts

I don't really get this since the front page of the site shows land registry figures as:

Period covered: Q2 05

Average house price: £184,924

Monthly change: N/A

Quarter to date: 0.4%

Annual change: 5.4%

Since this is the only gathering of metrics I actually trust (since its the only one that is not based on speculation).

The average house price a year ago it gives at £173,482. Did house prices go up that much between the 2-3rd quarter last year. Actually in Q3 2004 it was £186,882... and I hate to rain on your parade, but here are the figures! (I thought you said it was tomorrow  fortune favours the brave ;) )
