Repossed Houses.

Recommended Posts

We are hearing / reading more and more stories about personal debt and house repossesions. In Bristol there have been stories in the local press and on the local TV programmes of people loosing their homes. The county court clerk was quoted saying that they are rushed of their feet with repossion order and the like.

So given the above I keep an eye on the auction websites. In our area there is very little being advertised for auction. I look at other areas and see the same picture.

OK, so we all know that there is a growing problem, but where are all the homes that are being repossesed being sold? Via EA's still or are the BTL'ers still buying up property?

Any ideas?
