Borrow As Much As You Can From The Bank Or Building Society, Get On To The Property Ladder, Trade Up Every Five Years Or So, And Let Earnings Growth

Recommended Posts

This is quite interesting considering it's in the 'Torygraph' Borrow as much as you can from the bank or building society, get on to the property ladder, trade up every five years or so, and let earnings growth and inflation do the rest. as it acknowledges that the advice in the title of the thread no longer applies.

This is currently ranked #1 in the telegraph finance section, you have posted the sub headline the actual headline is:

"Demographic timebomb puts paid to hopes of house price revival"

...which I thought would have attracted lost of posts celebrating that the telegraph (Jeremy Warner) had now turned bear and popping of champagne corks.

This very well written article is one of the most significant pro-HPC articles in the MSM in the last couple of years and it covers all the main points and is unbelievably bearish for a non HPCer however the ranking suggest is being read by lots of telegraph readers.
