N.wales Prices

Recommended Posts

Hello every one I`m new here,

Interesting site, House prices up here are stable but lots of silly offers coming in, I just sold two proerties and it took about 3 months, a bit longer than I thought, however this was at a price I considered to be bargains.

I never want to buy another house again, I`m opting to live afloat on a boat and abroad in a mobile home away from all the stresses of mortgages and property crashes and silly offers and extortionate solicitors and estate agents fees.

My buyers are buy to letters, God help them thats all I can say.

Welcome Mr Who

You say prices are stable in N Wales but lots of silly offers coming in and you sold at a bargain. That seems a little contradictory. Can you be a bit more specific?

Are your buyers Buy to Let or 2nd Home owners?

What area in N Wales?

I've been keeping an eye on Anglesey, lots of price reductions but still stupid prices!!!
